Cette semaine, c’est avec beaucoup de plaisir que nous vous présentons « Defying Impermanence » de l’artiste français Sacha Zabotin, qui peint entre New York et l’île de Beauté.
« Sacha Zabotin paints between Brooklyn, New York and northern Corsica. In this series, Sacha paints memory as his subject matter, a physical space made up of all past action, thought, and feeling, affirming and validating collective experience. On the one hand these pieces shine a light on the energy that has come and gone. On the other hand, they are resilient portraits of people, places, and realities that exist in and of themselves in perpetuity, regardless of our perspective. Sacha Zabotin is currently showing works online with Visioner Gallery via Artsy, and in person at Gallery 71 on the upper east side of Manhattan »
